Most gas stations have fresh fruit available.They usually keep the fruits and vegetables in a cooler section or up by the counter. Fruit will give you fiber and nutrients that your body needs. The sugar will give you energy and fortunately its the good sugar that comes from the fruit and not added.
If you are going toward the cookie aisle, I’d reach for the Newton’s over the rest. If you can find a fat-free or whole-grain Newton you will be hitting the jack pot. Only 140 Calories per serving, 2g of fat, and 3g of fiber. Newtons are made from real fruit so they contain less sugar, only 13g. Newtons also contain iron, potassium and calcium. 
Dark chocolate is surprisingly healthy, it contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory powers. It’s good for your heart, improves brain performance and helps your blood sugar levels.

Sweet Treats

 Chocolate Covered Oreo Cookies
*10 Oreo Cookies 
 * 2-3 Blocks off of a Log House Almond Bark of Chocolate or
   you can use Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/2 bag
* Melt chocolate in plastic bowl in microwave or in pan with some butter
*Then dip and cover Oreo cookies in melted chocolate and then place them on a plate with foil so it will be easier to pick the chocolate covered Oreo cookies off.
* Then add sprinkles if you want
* Stick them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes then eat

Chocolate Pretzels
* 3 Blocks off of a Log House Almond Bark of Chocolate or
   you can use Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/2 bag
* Melt chocolate in plastic bowl in microwave or in pan with some butter
*Then dip and cover your preztels in the melted chocolate and then place them on a plate with foil so it will be easier to pick the pretzels off.
*Then set them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes then eat

Marshmallow Rice Cake
* 1 Rice Cake
*2 Melted jumbo marshmallows on top
* Add sprinkles if you want
Fruit and Chocolate Kabobs
* 1 Medium Banana
* 6 Medium Strawberries
* 3 Melted Chocolate Hershey Kisses
 * Kabob Sticks

Cocoa Pebbles Cereal Cookies
*Post Cocoa Pebbles Cereal
* 3 Blocks off of a Log House Almond Bark of Chocolate or
   you can use Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/2 bag
* Melt chocolate in plastic bowl in microwave or in pan with some butter
* Then add  Cocoa Pebbles Cereal into melted chocolate and make any size bars or cookies you want
*Then set them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
* Then you have a crunchy cocoa pebbles chocolate bars or cookies.

 Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats
*Rice Krispies Cereal 6 cups
*1 (10.5 oz) bag of mini marshmallows

* 3 Blocks off of a Log House Almond Bark of Chocolate or
   you can use Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/2 bag
* Melt chocolate in plastic bowl in microwave or in pan with some butter
* Then add in marshmallows and Rice Krispie Cereal
* Then make your sizes and put marshmallows on top of chocolate rice krispie treat
Donuts 

Ingredients:

1 Bowl of Confection Sugar
1 Bowl of Sugar
1 Bowl of Hot Chocolate Powder
1 Can of Great Value Biscuit or any kind will do
Oil

Directions:

*Get Oil hot "Be Careful"
*Slice Biscuit down the middle to get 2 out of each Biscuit
*Fry Biscuits until lightly golden
*Dip your Donut-Biscuits in any 3 Bowels then place on plate quickly then keep doing the same thing.
Stuffed Chocolate Marsh mellow Donuts

Ingredients:

1/2 Melting Chocolate Block or Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Small Marsh mellows
1 Bowl of Confection Sugar
1 Bowl of Sugar
1 Bowl of Hot Chocolate Powder
1 Can of Great Value Biscuit or any kind will do
Oil

Directions:

*Get Oil hot "Be Careful"
*Flatten out Biscuit then Add Crumble Pieces of  Melting Chocolate Block or Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips and Add a few Marsh mellows on the Biscuit
*Then Carefully seal them in the Biscuit
*Fry your Stuffed Chocolate March mellow Donuts until golden
 *Dip your Donuts in any 3 Bowels then place on plate quickly then keep doing the same thing.
 Chocolate Rice Krispies Treats

Ingredients:

*6 Cups Rice Krispies Cereal
*40 Marshmallows or 4 Cups of miniature marshmallows
*Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
*Butter

Directions:

*Melt Butter in pan, Add Marshmallows and Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips and stir until completely melted.
* Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.
* Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Best if served the same day.
* MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.

Cooked Chicken Veggie Sandwich
* 1 Roll
*Cook Boneless Chicken with seasonings on top
*2 Slices of Provolone Cheese
*Cooked Onions 
*Cooked Red and Green Peppers slice up
* 1 Chicken Cube
*Seasonings: Onion n Garlic Powder, Oregno and Parsley

*Cook chicken in chicken cube then cut the chicken up and add veggies and melt provolone cheese.
Add all this on the sandwich
Roast Beef Stack Sandwich
*Lots of Roast Beef
*Shredded Lettuce
*Slices of Red Onion
*Slice of 2 tomato's
*Slices of 2 Provolone Cheese
* 1 Long Fresh Roll
*Sprinkle Onion and Garlic Powder on meat


Crunchy Roast Beef Sandwich
* 6 Slices of Roast Beef
* 2 Slices of Provolone Cheese
*3 Slices of Lettuce
*2 Slices of tomato's
*Smear of Mayo
*I Long Fresh Roll- Toast It
*Sprinkle Onion and Garlic Powder on meat


Toasted Turkey Bacon Sandwhich
 *2 Slices of Long Bread and toast it
*Add mustard if you want
*4 Slices of Turkey Bacon
*6 Slices of Turkey Lunchreat
*4 Slices of Red Onion
*Sprinkle Onion and Garlic Powder on meat

Toasted Chicken and Bacon Sandwich
* 1 Slice of Toasted Bread
*Smear of Mayo
*2 Slices of Provolone Cheese
*Lettuce
*4 Slices of Red Onion
*3Slices of Turkey Bacon
*6 Slices of Turkey Lunchmeat
*Sprinkle Onion and Garlic Powder on meat

Melted Provolone Roast Beef Sandwich
*1 Roll
*2 Slices of Provlone Cheese
* 7 Slices of Roast Beef
*Slices of Cooked Onions on bottom of sandwich
*Sprinkle Onion and Garlic Powder on meat

*Melt Provolone Cheese on Roast Beef then add to sandwich

Different Stir-Frys

Porkchop Stir-Fry
*Cook 2-3 Pork-chops in seasonings and add 1 beef cube
*Seasonings: garlic,onion powder,parsley,oregano on top of pork-chops
*Ramon Noddles 1 Bag
*Cook Stir-Fry Vegetable-Broccoli,Celery,Carrots 1/2 Bag
*Then add all together and let it cook together
*Add Light Soy Sauce
*Then sprinkle garlic and onion powder on top of stir-fry

Steak Stir-Fry
*Cook 2-3 Steaks in seasonings and add 1 beef cube
*Seasonings: garlic,onion powder,parsley,oregano on top of steak
*1 1/2 Cup Brown Rice
*Stir-Fry Vegetable:Red Peppers,Broccoli,Mushrooms
*Then add all together and let it cook together
*Add Light Soy Sauce
*Then sprinkle garlic and onion powder on top of stir-fry

*Toasted Roll
*Cook and slice steak thin
*Mozzarella cheese
*Cook mushroom for 5-12 minutes
*Add all together and heat for 5-10 minutes

Steak Salad

Steak Salad
*You have to cook the steak just right, I like mine medium rare-done.
*Add garlic,oregno,onion,pepper,parsley powder on steak, cook for 5-7 min.

*Lettuce,tomato's,onions,cheese,cheesy cur-tons. I love adding blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing. Put it all together and you have a yummy steak salad.

Chessy Garlic Biscuits

Chessy Garlic Biscuits- The Best Ever!!!

*Jiffy Mix
*Block of shredded cheese "i use alot"
*Milk or water
*Garlic Powder

Mix all together in a bowel then use a cup to make your biscuit size, preheat oven to 425,then bake 12-15 minutes

The enjoy the best biscuits ever!!! YUM
