 Grapefruit! Seriously a power fruit! 50 calories in one half and is delicious and burns calories! You should always eat half a grapefruit 20 minutes before breakfast and dinner.


Banana Breakfast Bread

Calories: 120 Carbs: 21g Protein: 4g Fat 2g
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Small Banana
  • 2 Slices Village Hearth Wheat bread
Directions:
  1. Toast the bread
  2. Cut each slice in half
  3. Cut banana in small slices
  4. Lay three slices of banana on each half and spread with a butter knife
  5. Sprinkle Cinnamon toast seasoning on each half
  6. If you don’t have the seasoning available you can use ground cinnamon and truvia


 Turkey Sausage Breakfast Biscuit

1.Thomas 100 Calorie English Muffin
2. Great Value Turkey Breakfast Patties
3.Egg Whites
4.Cheese

Add Turkey Breakfast Pattie on 100 Calorie English Muffin and add Egg White and 1 slice of cheese if you want.

  Turkey Bacon Breakfast Biscuit

1.Thomas 100 Calorie English Muffin
2. Great Value Turkey Bacon
3.Egg Whites
4.Cheese
 Banana Pancake

1. Lemon Flavor Cake Mix
2.1-2 Eggs
3.2 Banana's Slice Up
4.Chocolate Syrup

Cook:
1. Mix Eggs and Lemon Flavor Cake Mix together then on pan butter spray
2. Make your Pancakes any size you want
3.When Pancakes are done put on plate
4.Add Slice Banana's on Top
5.Add Chocolate Syrup on Top

1. Slice Blue Berries, Slice Banana's and Slice Strawberries
2.Pancake Mix
3.1-2 Eggs
4.Confection Sugar 
5.Whip Cream
6.Low-fat Syrup
