Chicken Time

Boneless and Skinless Chicken

 *Season the Chickens with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Parleys Flakes, Oregano Flakes 

*Cook Chicken for about 1 hour

Ingredients:
 *Lettuce
*Tomato's
*Cur tons
*Blue Cheese Dressing

*Cook boneless and skinless Chicken with  Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Parleys Flakes, Oregano Flakes 
 for an hour. Then slice up Chicken and spread over salad.

Ingredients:
* Boneless and Skinless Chicken
 *Season the Chickens with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Parleys Flakes, Oregano Flakes
*Pasta Noddles
*Red Pepper and Green Pepper
*White Cheese Alfredo Sauce
*Cook boneless and skinless Chicken with  Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Parleys Flakes, Oregano Flakes 
 for an hour.
*Cook Pasta for 30 minutes, Slice and Cook Peppers for 15 minutes

When all is cooked add Peppers and Chicken on pasta and mix in White Cheese Alfredo Sauce.

*Cook boneless and skinless Chicken with  Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Parleys Flakes, Oregano Flakes 
 for an hour. Then slice up Chicken and spread over salad.

Ingredients
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 5 fluid ounces Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 (16 ounce) container honey mustard salad dressing
Directions
  1. Place chicken in a glass dish or bowl; poke with a fork several times, then pour Worcestershire sauce in and turn to coat. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  2. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.
  3. Heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, and saute for about 10 minutes, or until soft; set aside.
  4. Preheat oven to Broil.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade (discard any remaining liquid), and broil for about 5 minutes each side. When chicken is almost finished, top each breast with 2 slices bacon, then cheese. Continue to broil until cheese has melted, then remove from oven. Serve with mushrooms and salad dressing for topping.

Ingredients
 *4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
*8 Turkey Bacon Slices
*Cheddar Cheese Shredded 
*Blue Cheese Dressing
 *6 Slices of toast
*Oregno, Garlic, and Onion Powder, Parlsey Flakes
* 1 Chicken Cube

Directions

*Add spices on chicken, cook chicken with chicken cube 
*Cook Turkey Bacon
* When chicken is done, cut up
*Toast the bread
*Add Chicken on toast and then add turkey bacon and cheese
*Add blue cheese
*Heat in micowave for 10 or less seconds to melt cheese.

Creamy Basil-Chicken Pasta
Creamy Basil-Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

6 oz. (2 1/2 cups) uncooked rainbow rotini (spiral pasta) 
2  cups Green Giant® frozen broccoli 
1  cup nonfat sour cream 
2  teaspoons all-purpose flour 
1/2  cup skim milk 
1 1/2  cups diced cooked chicken breast 
3/4  teaspoon dried basil leaves 
1  (4.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained 
4  tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 
 1 Chicken Cube

Cook 

1.  In large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package, adding broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking time. 

2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine sour cream and flour; blend well. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot but not boiling. Stir in chicken, basil, mushrooms and 3 tablespoons of the cheese. Cook until thoroughly heated.

3. Drain rotini and broccoli; return to saucepan. Add chicken mixture; toss to coat. Place mixture in serving dish or on serving platter; sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon cheese.
  
Chicken Fajita's

 Ingredients: 

    16 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 bell pepper, cut into strips
1 Chicken Cube     
1 onion, cut into strips
     1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp of onion powder
    1 tsp pepper flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp olive oil
    4 low fat, low carb tortillas

 Marinate the chicken with lime juice, and season with onion powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder.

 Season vegetables with salt and pepper and toss with olive oil.

Heat  grill. Grill chicken until well browned, but not hard to the touch. Transfer to a plate when done. Cut into strips. Grill vegetables until tender (about 15 minutes). Once cooked, combine with chicken. Serve immediately with tortilla and toppings.

 *Cook Chicken with seasonings and chicken cube separate

*Onion,garlic powder,parsley, and oregano seasonings

*Cook Wild Rice,

*Slices of tomato's,black olives,onions together

*Then add all together and add shredded cheddar cheese on top

and heat for 10-15 minutes

*2 Wraps
*4 Slice of Turkey Bacon
*Chicken with seasonings n cook
* 1 Chicken Cube
*Tomato's
*Lettuce
*Cheddar Cheese
*Add Mayo or Sour-cream
 *Seasonings: Onion and Garlic Powder
*Roll all it together and wrap it
Fried Chicken Cheese-crackers with Salad

Ingredient:
1/2 Box Cheddar Cheese Crackers
1-2 Eggs
Seasonings
3 Boneless Chicken
1 Chicken Cube
Oil
 *Dip Boneless Chicken into eggs then into crumble cheese crackers, then add garlic powder,onion powder,oregano powder,parsley powder on chicken then fry the chicken in oil.

*Make your salad with your favorite toppings then after chicken is cook, slice the chicken up and nicely place them on top of your salad.

*I add blue cheese dressing to complete my fried chicken cheese-cracker salad.

It tasted really good, with all the flavors and textures together.  

 Baked Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:  
  *4 (8 oz) chicken breast halves, sliced in half
    *3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (I used 4C whole wheat)
    *1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    *2 tbsp butter, melted

    *3/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese (I used Sargento)
    &1 cup marinara
    *cooking spray

 * 1 Chicken Cube
*Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Italian Flakes, Oreg no Flakes

Preheat oven to 450°. Spray a large baking sheet lightly with spray.

Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Melt the butter in another bowl. Lightly brush the butter onto the chicken, then dip into breadcrumb mixture.  Place on baking sheet and repeat with the remaining chicken.

Lightly spray a little more cooking oil on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over, bake another 5 minutes. Remove from oven, spoon sauce over chicken and top with shredded cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.

*6 Toasted 40 Calorie Bread or 3 Rolls
*2-3 Boneless Chicken
* 1 Chicken Cube
*Cheese
*Turkey Bacon
*Shredded Lettuce
*Blue Cheese
*Blue Cheese Crumbles or Feta Cheese Crumbles
*Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Italian Flakes, Oreg no Flakes

* Season Chicken
*Cook chicken, cut it up after cooked let cool,then melt cheese on top of chicken.

*Add 2 slices of turkey bacon,lettuce and blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles or feta cheese crumbles on each sandwich, put the sandwich together and heat for 10 seconds. then eat.

*1 Tbsp. fat-free or light mayonnaise 
* 4 slices 40 calorie bread, toasted 
* 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
 * 1 Chicken Cube
  
Directions:

 *Combine Turkey or Chicken, mayonnaise, in medium bowl.
* Spread turkey or chicken mixture over toasted bread. Place on foil-lined baking sheet; top with cheese. Place under preheated broiler 4 inches from heat; broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Broccoli,Cheddar and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
* 3 Boneless Chicken
* 1 Chicken Cube
 *Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Italian Flakes, Oreg no Flakes
*1/2 Bag of Frozen Broccoli or Fresh Broccoli
*3-4 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
* Broccoli cheddar soup or Broccoli soup

* Cook Season Chicken in Pan, Cook Broccoli separate then when all cooked cut up the chicken then add broccoli and then either add broccoli cheddar soup or broccoli soup. 
* Let it all cook together
* Then sprinkle Shredded Cheddar Cheese all over Chicken/Broccoli
 Creamy Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients: 

 *chicken breast
*multigrain penne pasta
*fresh or frozen small broccoli florets
*any Cheesy Alfredo Sauce
*Seasonings:   oregano leaves
                      onion powder
                      garlic powder
*Cook all separate then add them all together and cook together for 5-10 minutes.Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Chicken Gravey

 
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken
White or Brown Rice
Frozen or Fresh Broccilo 
Chicken Gravy Mix
Onion Powder & Garlic Powder
Oregano Flakes, Italian Flakes, Pepper

Directions:
Cook Chicken for 45 minutes and Rice 20 minutes, 
Cook Broccilo for 20-30 Minutes
Make The Chicken Gravy
Then When all is done Shred the Chicken up
Add Rice onto plate then the Chicken all over it
Next Add Broccoli then Chicken Gravy on top
Add Onion Powder & Garlic Powder and Oregano Flakes, Italian Flakes, Pepper
